Step 1: Line up bottom notch of mounting ring with bottom notch of bracket.
Dimple signifies center.

Step 2: Tape mounting ring into place.

Step 3: With a fine tip permanent marker, mark posistion for holes to be drilled.

Step 4: Remove mounting ring to reveal ink marks.

Step 5: Line up center drill bit with pen mark.

Step 6: With a center drill bit, make dimple.

Step 7: Now we are ready to drill.

Step 8: Drill holes.

Step 9: Debur drilled holes.

Step 10:

Step 11: Bolt, flat washer, internal tooth washer, flat washer, nut.

Step 12: Send bolt and flat washer through ring and housing to internal tooth
washer, flat washer and nut on other side.

Step 13: Insert clock ring. Line up center dimples.

Step 14: Insert headlamp lining up notches on back of lamp to those in clock ring.

Step 15: Line up notch on retaining ring with bottom notch of other two rings.

Step 16: Bolt, internal tooth washer, flat washer, spacer.

Step 17: Send bolt, internal tooth washer, flat washer through retaining ring,
spacer and into threaded mounting ring.

Step 18: Tighten down.

Step 19: Line up bottom notch of beauty ring
