Headlight with halogen bulb

Step 1Using fingers lift trim panel.

Step 2Use Phillips screwdriver and remove lower trim.

Step 3Remove lower trim.

Step 4Using 10mm socket remove upper and lower lamp retainers.

Step 5Put hands behind stock lamp and disconnect turn signal connectors (2 per side).

Step 6hands behind bulb disconnecting turn signal bulb connectors.

Step 7: Swing lamp out with lens facing down.

Step 8: Disconnect stock bulb, remove stock dust boot, unplug stock bulb and remove stock bulb.

Step 9: Insert LED H4 bulb into reflector, clip into place, install black dust boot, apply loctite to bulb fan threads and screw fan onto bulb.

Step 10: Connect bulb and fan to driver.

Step 11: Place lamp back into position with driver hanging out on the right side of lamp.

Step 12: Reinstall top and bottom lamp retainers and place driver behind clip bar on top retainer.

Step 13: Reinstall lower trim and push upper chrome trim down into place.
