1: You will need a pair of pliers

2: Install Radio Static wire in (non-through) tap splice. Repeat for ground wire.

3: Install Bulb wire in (Through/Open Side) tap splice. Repeat for ground.

4: Lock tap splice with pliers. Repeat for ground

5: Pinch tap splice with finger and thumb.

6: That's it for the bulb wires (hi-beam).

7: Repeat for the bulb wires (low-beam).

8: Repeat for ground wires.
