Indian Modification for LED Bulb

Make the computer think that the LED is a stock bulb. Add a 25W resistor between the
low beam wire & ground and a 30W resistor between the high beam wire & ground.

If you don't: The computer brain thinks the bulb is out because the LED H4 draws 30W
which is less than the stock wattage of 55W. The "Headlight Out" green icon will light
up on the dash, the LED H4 bulb will blink, and the spotlights will automatically light up.
