Headlight Adapter Installation for 1-7046-OLDS34

Step 1: Remove stock clamp ring, lens and reflector from headlight bucket

Step 2: To ease installation, install clamp screw on clamp ring loose enough to fit onto bucket

Step 3: Install grooved rubber strip on bucket lip


Step 4: Use butt splices to connect headlight connector to headlight wire harness

Step 5: Put mounting ring over back of the lamp and line-up 3 notches with the flat on the bottom

Step 6: Place lamp and mounting ring against rubber strip

Step 7: Place retaining ring over lamp

Step 8: Rotate assembly so that the lines on the lens are oriented correctly

Step 9: Place stock clamp ring over the parts and push the clamp ring over the bucket lip

Step 10: Make sure the lines in your lens look vertical. If they're not,
hold clamp ring while rotating the lens and mounting ring assembly

Step 11: Tighten clamp screw to complete installation
